The Camino Real Council is the Albuquerque, Rio Grande Valley council of the International Reading Association. We are a community based organization comprised of local Teachers, Education Assistants, Administrators and Former Educators along with others interested in the development of Literacy and the promotion of reading. The President of The Camino Real Council for the 2007-2008 school year is Kristi Hopper.
